Wills & Legal Services are proud to offer a National Charity Wills Campaign to raise money for local and national charities through writing Wills in exchange for a £40 donation to one of our chosen charity partners.
So far we have raised over £2 million!
The recommended donation in exchange for your Will is £40 per person, although this is completely optional and you can donate as much or as little as you like. Whatever you choose to give, 100% of the donation will go directly to the charity.
The benefits to the charity are huge, helping them to continue their much needed work. Meanwhile, our clients also benefit by receiving expert Estate Planning advice from our paralegals for a much reduced cost.

One of our experienced customer advisory staff will call you to arrange an appointment with a local Paralegal.
A local Paralegal will visit you to take your Will instruction. At this point you make your charitable donation. Your instruction is then sent to our legal department to draft, which you will receive within 28 days.
Once you’ve approved your draft Will the original one will be sent for signing. Your Will is then in place, making things easier for your loved ones when you are gone.
In an effort to support causes close to our hearts, 5 years ago we decided that we would no longer charge for writing Wills, instead asking clients to make a recommended donation of £40 to charity. We were so confident that people would be happy with our Will-Writing service that we believed they would come back in the future for other legal services, at which point we could charge our usual fees. This has proved true, and over 63% of clients do come back for further advice.
We are proud to have raised over £2,000.000 in upfront donations, supporting fantastic causes up and down the country.
